5-Key Pillars of Well-Being

Connection

We are wired for connection and genuine belonging is one of the strongest predictors of a happy life.

Learn New Things

Engaging your brain in hands-on creativity releases dopamine, builds confidence and gives you a sense of accomplishment.

Physical Activity

Movement reduces stress, sharpens the mind and one of the most proven mood-boosters we have.

Mindfulness

Slowing down long enough to be present reduces anxiety, improves focus, and creates space for clarity.

Giving to Others

Acts of generosity activate the brain’s reward system and are consistently linked to greater purpose, meaning, and overall happiness.

The Big Idea

Earthstead Collective is a movement to connect us back to our roots as humans.

Built as experience-based events rooted in nature. Each gathering will provide a place to connect, learn, and move with others who desire deeper connection. Focusing on the 5 key pillars of well-being, we will offer an activity-filled weekend in a beautiful location. Hosted by us, led by instructors, teachers, makers, chefs, gardeners, and more who specialize in their area of expertise, all in one place.

Community

The whole event is rooted in community. Each event will host about 40 attendees. Each activity you choose to do will be in an intimate group of five or six attendees. Each morning and every evening, the full group will reconvene for meals, drinks, and music. Hang around the campfire, share what you learned, and make new friends.

Learning New Things

At Earthstead Collective, we choose activities that are fun, challenging, and are something you replicate at home and incorporate into your life going forward - fulfilling the human desire to make things with our hands. Activities vary by event location.

Physical Activity

Stillness isn’t the only path to wellness. Movement matters. Improving mood, sleep, and overall health. Learn to love moving your body in so many different ways.

Mindfulness

Finding time for peaceful mindfulness can help us uncover things we are avoiding, help us get through mental blocks, encourage creativity, or simply quiet the noise and reset, which is why we will also provide options to participate in mindfulness practices.

Giving Back

Giving back to others can be the most rewarding feeling. Each event will have an opportunity to give back - either to the local community or nature by partnering with a local non-profit. Of course, this is optional, but provides another opportunity to engage with the community. More information will be provided for each event.

Earthstead Collective

The growing anxiety and stress of our daily lives and our lack of connection with nature isn’t a coincidence. We’ve become detached from reality — from our real purpose here…to experience.

With the rising push of AI and a growing dystopian future ahead, we’ve had enough. There is an energy shift coming. It is time to return to a simplified version of life that happens offline. Where we focus on connections with our neighbors, we know where our food comes from, where we live in unison with nature, we make things with our hands, and share with our neighbors.

We are here to take the first step. Encouraging others to walk with us on this journey of rediscovery before it’s too late.

Welcome to Earthstead Collective.
